With instructions followed correctly (form fitting clothes & correct posture during scan) the measurements are accurate to 0.3% - or within millimetres. Our technology now exceeds the accuracy of the vast majority of humans trained to take body measurements.
Yes, all orders are manually reviewed by our master tailors prior to being placed into production. This allows for us to double check that all instructions during scan are followed, and make observations & adjustments for the production process. An additional layer of AI is in place at this stage to flag problem potential problem measurements.
Due to each garment being made from scratch, and the wide variety of fabrics and cuts available, there is around 5 weeks production time for garments, with review time & delivery time additional to this.
